My appointment for for my annual check up so arranging an appointment was easy. Everyone was extremely helpful.

The link to recording my blood pressure didn't work so the receptionist gave me a paper copy (old school).

Despite my describing my ailment four times (twice to different receptionists, once to the doctor on the telephone, and once to the doctor I saw in person at the surgery), what was diagnosed had nothing to do with the ailment - in fact, even the consultant at the hospital who conducted the ultrasound, suggested I needed to see a different specialist, I was in the wrong department. As a result, I was offered treatment that would have absolutely no effect on my original ailment.

I had blood tests on 15th December 2023 and had to wait until 15th April 2024 before the results were discussed with me - yes, that really is a whole 4 months to wait for a telephone conversation. I contacted the surgery in January 2024 to find out my results but was told by receptionist that I would have to wait for a telephone consultation

Waiting 4 months to discuss blood test results is wrong

Unless you turn up on the day you wish to see a Dr, phoning rarely get an appointment for that day. When at 8:00 AM you are at the back of a queue of 25 patients.

Have appointments available until 7 PM for shift workers and the availability of Saturday morning appointments.

It's not possible to book appointments in advance and often by the time I try and upload an e consult it's full for the day. Some appointments need booking in advance!!

Allow people to book appointments for certain treatments in advance. It's not possible for me to call at 8am any day of the week. I hardly visit but when I do it's so hard to get an appointment. Sometimes its so illogical.
